These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 786be platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, financial transactions, promotional offers, and customer support services. By registering an account or using any part of the 786be platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. One Account Per Player

Acceptance by Conduct

Acceptance is not limited to the moment of account creation; it is a continuous condition of platform use.
Language of Agreement
This Agreement is written in English, which is the authoritative language of the document. Any translation of this Agreement into another language is provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain a 786be account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. Failure to meet any eligibility condition at any time gives 786be the right to suspend or permanently close your account.
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 786be enforces a strict 18+ age policy across all services. Age is verified at registration and confirmed through KYC identity documentation before the first withdrawal is processed.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
- Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended 786be account. Each individual is entitled to one account only.
- Own identity: You must register under your own name, using accurate personal information. Registration using another person's identity, fictitious identity, or anonymised identity is strictly prohibited.
- Not a 786be employee: Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of 786be staff are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotional offers without prior written authorisation from 786be management.
- Voluntary participation: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the 786be platform at the time of registration or any subsequent login.
Under-18 Protection: 786be takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made by a minor will be returned to the original payment source. No winnings accumulated by a minor will be paid out under any circumstances. Account Registration & Verification

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC review is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

786be is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires you to submit one or more of the following documents in clear, legible digital format:
- Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back.
- Valid passport — photo page.
- Bangladesh driving licence — front and back.
KYC submissions are reviewed within 24 hours of receipt for standard cases. 786be reserves the right to request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is complete.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 786be account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 786be will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 786be platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 786be supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, as well as international cards via Visa and Mastercard.
Deposit Rules
Minimum deposit: ৳200. Deposits reflect in your account balance within two minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. 786be does not charge deposit fees. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
Withdrawal Rules
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 for bKash and Nagad. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts on bKash and Nagad. Bank withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
Processing Times
786be processes withdrawal requests on a first-in, first-out basis. Target processing times are: bKash and Nagad — under 15 minutes; Rocket and Upay — under 30 minutes; Dutch-Bangla Bank and other bank transfers — within 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform activity, national holidays, or where additional security checks are required.
Anti-Money Laundering
786be is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. 786be reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering, structuring, or financial fraud will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities. All transactions are monitored in real time.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotions Policy
786be offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented. The general bonus rules set out in this section apply to all promotions unless explicitly overridden by the specific terms of an individual offer.
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the specific offer terms. Bonus funds and real money funds are used separately — real money funds are used first for wagers, and bonus funds are used only once the real money balance reaches zero.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and specific slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The eligible games list and contribution percentages are stated in the specific offer terms.
- Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within a stated timeframe from the date of issue if the associated wagering requirement has not been met. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. No extensions are granted except at the sole discretion of 786be management.
- One bonus at a time: Players may only participate in one bonus offer at a time unless the specific offer terms explicitly permit stacking. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses in violation of this rule will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses.
- Bonus abuse: 786be reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified — including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors, irregular betting patterns designed to reduce wagering requirement risk without genuine gameplay, and collusion between players. The determination of bonus abuse rests solely with 786be.
- Withdrawal restriction: No withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be processed until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the requirement will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
- Promotional changes: 786be reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus and are actively working toward its wagering requirement at the time of termination will be given a reasonable period to complete the requirement, at 786be's discretion.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the 786be platform — including sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and others), live casino games, RNG slot games, and crash games — are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and market-specific rules are available within each game or betting market interface.
Sports Betting
- All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 786be reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
- Bets placed on markets that have already been settled are void and will be refunded. Settlement of markets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).
- In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules stated in the betting interface. In general, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless a result was already determined at the time of abandonment.
- Cash-out is available on selected markets. The cash-out value is calculated in real time and reflects current market conditions. 786be reserves the right to suspend cash-out on any market at any time.
- Minimum bet stake: ৳50 for most sports markets. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
Casino Games
- All RNG casino games on the 786be platform use certified random number generator technology provided by independent, licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming.
- Live casino games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi from licensed studio facilities. Live game decisions are final and binding. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, the hand or round is voided and stakes are returned.
- Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games are available in the game lobby. RTPs represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific results for individual sessions.
- Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. 786be reserves the right to withhold jackpot payments pending verification of the win against the game provider's records.
Crash Games
- Crash games including Aviator by Spribe use a provably fair algorithm. The crash multiplier for each round is determined before the round begins and is verifiable by the player using the game's provably fair verification tool.
- Technical disconnections during a crash game round do not void the bet. Auto cash-out settings are available and recommended for players on unstable connections.
- Minimum bet in crash games: ৳20. Maximum bet limits are displayed within the game interface.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 786be platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
- Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a 786be account. Any chargeback initiated on a deposit will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount from any available balance.
- Match fixing and collusion: Any attempt to fix the outcome of a sporting event, collude with other players or with casino dealers, or share information about live game hands or outcomes in a manner that constitutes cheating.
- Automated betting software: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an advantage over the platform or other players without express written permission from 786be.
- Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies between 786be and other platforms for risk-free profit. 786be reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where arbitrage behaviour is detected.
- Exploitation of software errors: Taking advantage of any software bug, error, or malfunction to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of an error are void and will be recovered from the account balance.
- Money laundering: Using the 786be platform to launder funds of illegal origin, structure cash transactions, or facilitate any financial crime. 786be cooperates fully with all law enforcement inquiries related to financial crime.
- Abusive behaviour: Harassment, threats, abusive language, or intimidation directed at 786be customer support staff or other players via any communication channel available on the platform.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
786be reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
- Suspected engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower.
- Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via the responsible gaming dashboard or support team.
- Court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement instruction.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their 786be account voluntarily may do so by contacting the customer support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Balance on Closure
Where 786be closes an account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, the treatment of any account balance depends on the nature of the breach. Where the breach involved fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of errors, the entire balance may be forfeited. Where the breach was minor or administrative in nature, 786be will use reasonable endeavours to return the player's real money balance after deducting any amounts owed to 786be.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
The 786be platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 786be makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786be excludes all liability for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from platform unavailability or technical failure.
- Loss or corruption of data, including bet history, account balance records, or personal data, due to circumstances beyond 786be's reasonable control.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 786be platform.
- Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers that result in service disruption or financial loss.
- Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
786be's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — to the extent that any liability exists — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Section 10
Amendments & Governing Law
Amendments to These Terms
786be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — 786be will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification before the change takes effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term) may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the 786be platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 786be with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and 786be relating to the same subject matter.
